How do I cancel my subscription?

A step-by-step guide to cancelling your BrightSprout subscription.

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the activity maker your subscription is associated with — for example, if you subscribed through My Crossword Maker, log in at My Crossword Maker. Not sure where to go? Here are quick links to all five makers:

  2. Click on My Account.

  3. Select the option to cancel your subscription.

Please note: cancellation works differently depending on your tool:

  • My Crossword Maker and My Word Search Maker — access ends immediately upon cancellation.

  • My Worksheet Maker, My Flashcard Maker, and My Bingo Card Maker — you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

After cancelling, you'll still have access to any activities you created during your subscription. Simply log in to your account at any time to view, share, or download them.
